Why Work With Us?

Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

My wife and I decided we wanted to build a new house, everyone told us we were crazy! “Building a new house is stressful, the market is saturated right now, just buy something and save yourself the aggravation!” they said. Although that may be true with some builders it was definitely not true with Steve thanks to his “easy-to-work-with” style, can do attitude and tremendous people skills. We began our journey apprehensively and ended it comforted thanks to his pleasant personality and commitment to customer service. We simply cannot say enough to explain how simple he made the process of building a new home. He made the overall experience from start to finish (and beyond) as "stress free" as possible. I have been and will continue to recommend Steve to all my friends, family, co-workers, etc… who are in the market to build a house.

More than two years ago my husband...(then fiance)and I were planning our wedding, raising 5 kids and had decided to build our new home in Whitman. We entered this process pessimistic and expected it to be a battle with "the builder" at every turn. Our experience was quite the opposite. Working with Steve was a wonderful collaboration. He was always professional, pleasant and accessible. He was consistently available to answer our many questions and alleviate our fears. Our goals were the same...for us to have the home of our dreams, and that is exactly what we got. His workers took great pride in their work and were always kind and courteous to my family on our many visits to the building site. Now two years later, Steve is still available, continuing to be supportive and answering our questions and helping us with any post building "snags". Though this could have been a stressful and difficult time Steve made it exciting and relaxing. We could not recommend working with him enough and would be proud to refer him to our friends and family. Bottom line....it never felt like "all business"....it was always personal, and these days you just don't see that very often.
